Misc. Suggestions

A few ideas I had:

- Automatically turn on the RP chat channel for everyone, the way you're auto-signed onto the newbie channel. Use it for announcing real time events that characters who are on the grid, but in different rooms, would know about, such as explosions down the street, large scale magical effects that just went off, or whatever. I mentioned this in the OOC room, and people thought it was a good idea.

- Put up a notice when a new board message goes up in the Green/Hostel/wherever else, in the same way you get notices when there are new rumours or applauds. That way you know exactly when and where you should go have a look.

- Add a small note about the wi command in the character room, or to the chargen info file. I didn't even know the wi command existed until a several months in. Also, maybe mention the globals command.

I'll probably think of more, but just adding these for now.
